Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
900 g (2 lbs) | Sweet potatoes, cut into wedges (about 8 per potato) |
30 ml (2 tbsp) | Olive oil |
10 ml (2 tsp) | SIFTO® Kosher Salt |
5 ml (1 tsp) | Black pepper |
Non-stick cooking spray |
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 230ºC (450ºF). Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until tender and golden, turning once occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until crisp outside and tender inside. Serve immediately.
